type 5 kbd/mouse woes
My mouse & keyboard stopped working! They work in the SGI startup screen, keyboard even works in DOS/Recovery/Command Line mode. But they don't work in Log-In I am using the original SGI keyboard and mouse. But 2K just isn't seeing it. Any ideas? I reinstalled 2k and ran it in repair mode but that did nothing.

Upgrading to 4.1.3/Monitor woes

This happened to me with my mouse/keyboard settings. Workaround: Add an option to the Graphics card device location called "Chipset". The chipset on my card (Rage 128 SM) is not supported. Apparently not all the Xpert2000 cards went out with the same chipsets. I had to manually force the Chipset to use.
